New Hardrock stage installation from 100% Aluminum casting pieces

Hardrock cafe, Bangkok has opened since 10s years ago, we have so much bond with this place (even I can’t getting in) and its tricycle bike hanging on the 2nd level of this building. Time has passed, chance has come, this time we have got a challenge for making something awesome and interesting from our lovely technic, casting -from Thais’ ancient one (which originally use bronze)- and yes after designs passed, this one, the cheapest for production one is chosen and the project is conceived from the monitor through 5-axis CNC drilling machine to this sculpture and replicated them for 50-60 pieces.

Hardrock, stage installation from Anon Pairot Design Studio, this time come with extraordinary material, 100% Aluminum casting in exotic form with its freaking form make it rotate, flip and place in many pattern smoothly with our recognizing. It’s shiny quirky and beautiful with those characteristic might make people believe that it is not from the same mould. And this precious aluminum will show its gorgeous until it last.

Goodbye of “The infinite Passion”

As we have mentioned in the previous news, this objects has been hanged for moreover than 6 months, new we are going to deinstall it and reform it to exploit more benefit from it.

Now we could officially say goodbye to this crotch-liked whimsical sculpture. Anon also said that he has plan after ripped it parted and made some small sculpture instead. Let’s see what he is gonna do in the next period.

Siam on the third – hanged sculpture

After decades ago of placed on side by side with Siam Square the center place of Thailand’s young adolescent. It’s never change in quality, trends and style to represented leader of Thai designers store and valued customers. After the huge renovation few years ago on their facade come simultaneously with the building of Siam Paragon, the forth floor renovated in late of last year to grab some younger customer named mob.f, and this time Siam on the third, the place of older mature with teenager heart, the whole floor’s interior will be renovated by Duangrit Boonnag company. And walls will be decorated by the other designer who have their shop on that floor. Finally the sculpture on the third floor will be created by Anon Pairot Design Studio.

The story beginning from, the owner of Siam Center contact us that they need a cool stuff for endless demand of human. That why we put the infinity symbol, 8 with 90 degree turn, to become the major trait of this sculpture, represented the never ending desire of human using mica powder and contrast color tone with the spaces. When walking around this sculpture, it might be seem like this thing has changed like fashion, when time changed, aspect in that time would also changed. Level and perspective of this sculpture was distorted and transformed in the different aspect around itself liked fashion was an illusion that reflect multicultural and personal taste of social in that period of time. And this sculpture would be the mirror reflect the latest renovation of this building. The reflection from this sculpture would like a mirror which able to show the evolution in art and tasting of fashion store and the shopper in Siam Center as if it is.

While people are missing their basic scent of natural, Stone, the collection which Anon Pairot designed furnitures and components in appearance of rock but made from wood which derived from Stone Collection 2009 Milano Edition Salone Satellite, inspired of tropical sense. What made it come this far might come from simply concept, imagine when you live your life in the room with den looked and wood felt, what a sophisticated feeling it is….
